How to respond for success
I made sure my CV included something about ESG (environmental, social, and governance) and green finance.
Expect a 1-2 day wait before advancing to the next stage.
Situational Judgement Questionnaire
Firstly, I was faced with a situational judgement questionnaire with around 100 questions! It took quite a while to get through.

Expect typical, 'Tell me a time when' type questions.
How to respond for success
Practice talking through these types of questions with friends or family members. Make sure to answer honestly, don't answer how you think BP want's you to answer.
Expect up to 1 week wait before advancing to the next stage.
Numerical Test
If successful with the Situational Judgement Test, you are given a verbal and numerical test. It lasts around 25 minutes and you have 7 days to complete it after getting the invitation.
How to respond for success
Be sure to brush up on basic mathematical concepts, interpreting data, %'s etc.
Expect around a 1 week wait before advancing to the next stage.
HireVue Interview
If successful with the numerical test, you'll be asked to complete a HireVue interview. it lasts around 20-30 minutes, and you have 3-5 days to complete it once sent the invitation. You can re-record questions twice, and you get time in between each question to prepare.
Example
Prep all the usual questions like why bp, why me etc? I learned some stats and recent news about the company and their work and why I found that interesting.
How to respond for success
Being natural is key, they want to see who you are. Dress formally, smile a lot, be natural!
Expect up to a 2-3 month wait before being offered the position
