Durham University
(1995 - 1999) BA Honours, Modern European Languages - French, Spanish and Portuguese
Fraser studied studied Modern European Languages (French, Spanish, Portuguese) at the University of Durham. He also had a year abroad as part of his studies at the Université de Provence Aix-Marseille. He would go on to achieve a 2:1.
Fraser was a keen rugby player, playing for his college throughout his time at Durham. He recommends being part of a sports team, as it helps build applicable skills like communication and teamwork, whilst keeping you active!
The University of Law in Guildford
(1999 - 2001) CPE and LPC
After graduating at Durham, Fraser decided on a career in law, so he went on to complete the LPC (Legal Practice experience) and CPE (Postgraduate Diploma in Law) qualifications at The University of Law in Guildford.
Baker & McKenzie
(2001 - 2005) Banking Solicitor
Fraser then went on to join Scottish firm Shephard & Wedderburn (formerly known as Tods Murray when he was there) in the banking department for just under 4 years. He focused on similar work to what he did whilst at Baker & McKenzie.

Fraser then went on to join Scottish firm Shephard & Wedderburn (formerly known as Tods Murray when he was there) in the banking department for just under 4 years. He focused on similar work to what he did whilst at Baker & McKenzie.
Sainsbury's Bank
(2011 - 2013) In-house Lawyer
Fraser spent just under 2 years working at Sainsbury's bank, focusing on Legal Risk Mitigation.
Multrees Investor Services
(2013 - Present) General Counsel
Fraser has now been at Multrees for just under 9 years. His role consists of providing a wide range of legal advice for internal stakeholders. He also conducts Company secretarial work including Board governance.

Wake up
I wake up around 7 am.
In the office
After doing the morning school run, I'm in the office and sat down with a coffee at around 9:15 am.
Morning tasks
My morning work can consist of the following:
- Client Contracts
- Software Licence Agreements
- General administrative work
- Asset transfers - Trade settlements, forex issues, ISA’s or Tax documentation
- Any meetings with clients and or team members
Lunch
I have lunch when I can, in between various tasks.
Afternoon tasks
My afternoon tasks follow on from my morning work.
Finish
On average, around 5:15 pm.
Evening work
This depends on how busy things are. I will sometimes complete various jobs to stay on top of things. Usually, I find myself checking and replying to emails.
